The more informed your potential customers feel that they are, the more likely they are to visit your business for an initial time. Then, once they’re in the door, that’s your chance to “wow” them in person! So keep that in mind as well. There is a huge customer service component that always goes into these things. You want to always find ways to surprise and delight, and it can all begin with a stunning local digital listing.

The third reason why your local digital listings are so important is because they add an element of transparency. When customers know what they’re walking into, they tend to come in wanting to buy. Chances are, they’ve already seen something they’re interested in on your website or on one of your social channels, and now they’re visiting your store because they’re ready to commit to the purchase.
